We are currently looking for a highly driven and motivated individual to join our established team of event coordinators in our Cape Town office in South Africa. In this role you will be managing the Australian division of an international booking office. Your staff will be presenting various packages on offer to inbound clients. You will be monitoring and coaching them in closing the sale using your strong communication skills and your ability to build relationships. You will need a friendly and winning personality.
You will also be required to assist in the development of staff with relation to Australian accents, culture, geography etc.
Our hours of operation are flexible and you will be rostered on to various shifts. This is a challenging, flexible, exciting and rewarding role that you can make your own.
Applicants must have at least 12 months experience in a sales and/or Call Centre management role. Customer service experience is also desirable.
