Rapidly expanding business with centres throughout New Zealand, now requires an energetic manager in Auckland.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a person who enjoys working outdoors and who has the ability to manage their own time and workload.

The successful applicants will have:
• Experience in running an outdoor activity centre in Adventure Sports (desirable but not essential)
• First Aid Certificate desirable
• Able to handle groups of up to 300 players with staff assistance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Safety management and compliance experience
• Sound financial management
• Excellent organisational skills
• Practical hands on approach
• Full driving licence and own transport is a MUST!
• Ability to work as part of team
• Demonstrated effective communication & interpersonal skills
• The ability to deal effectively with community, customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated high levels of initiative
• Ability to utilise Microsoft Suite computer packages
• Ability to use power tools and do basic maintenance work

This position is subject to a minimum 12 week probationary period .The successful applicant may be subject to a Police records check. This role will include day time and evening work, across weekdays and weekends.

The Paintball Centre Manager position is responsible for the overall management of the centre. This position is responsible for the overall safety of employees and customers of the centre. You will be required to implement operational processes to maximise efficiencies, increase profitability and meet all legislative requirements.

The Paintball Centre Manager must demonstrate excellent business acumen across all aspects of the business whilst ensuring all safety standards and legislative requirements are adhered to with regard to the management of equipment and infrastructure.
