Due to an internal promotion we are seeking an experienced sales person with strong people management and sales skills to help run our SW London team.
We have been very successful and have had an excellent manager develop both the team and region’s accounts. The market is focused on salons and these vary from national chains to SME operations so your style needs to be versatile to match each individual requirement.
We have ten sales people who are focused on:
In essence our focus is to help them improve their business and with that improvement we will benefit from increased sales.
To be successful you must have had significant on road sales experience and be able to impart that knowledge on others. You need to be a very good communicator who can focus on getting the best out of individuals as well as helping them plan and manage their account development strategies.
